How much does it cost to eat at Pipilacha?
The tasting menu is €85 per person: fifteen courses built on flowers. The six-glass pairing adds €60.
How long does the meal take?
About two hours. There are two sittings a day, at 2pm and 9pm, Thursday to Sunday. Everyone starts at the same time, so we ask you to be punctual.
Can I choose the counter or a table?
Yes, when you book. Eight seats face the open kitchen —cooking happens a metre away— and eight are at tables. Sixteen seats per service.
What if I have allergies or don’t eat everything?
The menu is fixed and served whole, so we need to know beforehand. Tell us your allergies or what you avoid when you book and we’ll see how to adapt it.
