Cookie policy
What we use, what for, and how to change your choice whenever you like. The binding text is the Spanish version.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a site stores on your device to make something work or to remember a choice. Not all of them need permission: strictly technical ones are exempt; the rest only load if you accept them.
2. What we use on pipilacha.es
Little, and we tell you all of it. We use no advertising cookies. Analytics (Google) cookies load only if you accept them.

Analytics — Google Analytics (third party, only if you accept)

Google Analytics does not load —nor set its cookies— until you accept this category; if you withdraw it, we stop measuring and delete its cookies. Data is handled in aggregate to know how many people visit us and which pages they look at. Google LLC acts as processor; see its policy at policies.google.com.
3. How you accept or decline
The first time you visit we show a notice to accept, decline or open preferences. Declining is as easy as accepting. If you decline the booking ones, the site still works; you'll just book by phone instead of here.
4. Change your choice
